Last Updated: June 2026

Oliva Labs respects the intellectual property rights of creators, artists, businesses, and content owners. This Copyright Policy explains how copyright-related issues are handled on MIRI.

Ownership of Content

Users retain ownership of the content they create and upload to MIRI.

By uploading content to MIRI, users represent and warrant that they possess the necessary rights, licenses, permissions, or authorizations required to publish such content.

User Responsibilities

Users are solely responsible for ensuring that their content does not infringe copyrights, trademarks, publicity rights, privacy rights, or other intellectual property rights belonging to third parties.

This includes videos, music, audio recordings, photographs, graphics, artwork, and other creative materials.

Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are prohibited:

• Uploading copyrighted content without authorization.

• Re-uploading another creator's content as your own.

• Distributing copyrighted material without permission.

• Removing copyright notices or ownership information.

• Misrepresenting ownership of creative works.

Music and Audio Content

Users are responsible for ensuring they have the necessary rights or permissions to use music, audio recordings, sound effects, or other audio content uploaded to MIRI.

Unauthorized use of copyrighted music may result in content removal or account enforcement actions.

Transformative and Commentary Content

MIRI recognizes that certain content may include commentary, criticism, education, parody, reactions, reviews, or other transformative uses.

Such content may be permitted when it meaningfully transforms, comments on, critiques, or adds substantial original value to the underlying material.

However, simply re-uploading another person's content with little or no meaningful modification may still constitute infringement.

Copyright Reports

Copyright owners or authorized representatives may submit reports regarding content they believe infringes their rights.

Reports should include sufficient information to reasonably identify:

• The copyrighted work.

• The allegedly infringing content.

• The reporting party.

• Supporting information or evidence.

Investigation and Enforcement

Oliva Labs may investigate copyright complaints using the information reasonably available at the time of review.

Depending on the circumstances, Oliva Labs may:

• Remove content.

• Restrict visibility of content.

• Issue warnings.

• Temporarily suspend accounts.

• Permanently terminate accounts.

Repeat Infringers

Users who repeatedly violate copyright rules may face escalating enforcement actions, including permanent removal from MIRI.

False Reports

Submitting knowingly false, misleading, or fraudulent copyright complaints is prohibited.

Users who abuse the reporting process may be subject to account restrictions or other enforcement measures.

Platform Role

Oliva Labs operates MIRI as a platform for user-generated content.

Oliva Labs does not claim ownership of content created by users.

Users remain responsible for the content they publish and for ensuring compliance with applicable intellectual property laws.
